HER Academy International was founded by Irina Sorrels, betseller author, neurocoach, speaker, and advocate for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Born from her own journey of healing and leadership, HER Academy equips women with the tools, knowledge, and community they need to transform pain into purpose and become leaders of restoration in their families and communities. HER Academy represents a global movement of women choosing to heal, grow, and lead from their transformed stories.

Restored
An 8-week transformational program that guides women through emotional healing, identity rebuilding, and purpose discovery. Through the RENACER Method, participants learn to process trauma, strengthen self-worth, and design a new chapter of their lives with clarity and hope.
Includes: live sessions, practical exercises, supportive community, and access to a digital workbook.

Heroíne Mentors
A 14-week professional certification preparing women to become trauma-informed mentors and advocates for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Students build tools in emotional intelligence, crisis response, and leadership to serve their communities with excellence and compassion.
Includes: live modules, personalized mentoring, study materials, and international certification.

Support Circles
Training for facilitators who want to create safe spaces of healing, reflection, and empowerment within their communities. The course teaches practical group facilitation skills and trauma-sensitive approaches to lead restorative gatherings and strengthen support networks.
Includes: facilitator guide, exercises, group dynamics, and downloadable resources.

Workshops
Empowerment and Healing Workshops
A continuous and confidential support space for women on their path to emotional healing, personal strengthening, and inner restoration. These workshops facilitate guided, individual, or group mentorship focused on processing experiences and building a life with full empowerment and purpose.
Includes: accompaniment sessions, personal growth tools and exclusive resources.
